We've been here since the beginning ...
We have worked with hundreds of clients, helping them understand, implement, and leverage Visual Studio Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). As a result, our clients have seen an increase in the quality of their product and process.

We have also worked closely with the Visual Studio product group within Microsoft to help shape Visual Studio into the product that it is today. By doing so, we have gained a unique insight into its capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

Our consultants are Microsoft MVPs, Microsoft Regional Directors, Microsoft Certified Trainers, Professional Scrum Developers, and Professional Scrum Trainers.

The ALM Summit 3 keynote and breakout session videos are now online. Also, the Visual Studio product group has been busy. Not only did they add customizable kanban swim lanes to their hosted Team Foundation Service, but they released a sweet Dungeons and Dragons process template.
