We've been here since the beginning ...
We have worked with hundreds of clients, helping them understand, implement, and
leverage Visual Studio Application Lifecycle Management (ALM). As a result, our clients have seen an increase
in the quality of their product and process.
We have also worked closely with the Visual Studio product group within Microsoft
to help shape Visual Studio into the product that it is today. By doing
so, we have gained a unique insight into its capabilities, limitations, and best
practices.
Our consultants are
Microsoft MVPs,
Microsoft Regional Directors,
Microsoft Certified Trainers,
Professional Scrum Developers, and
Professional Scrum Trainers.
What's New in the ALM Community?

Build 2013
will take place in June and should showcase the new version of Windows and
related development tools and practices.
March 2013
Urban Turtle has released a
new version
of their Agile dashboard for TFS 2012 which includes new graphs and estimation tools. Also, check out these
new tools
for TFS 2012 administrators.
February 2013
The ALM Summit 3 keynote and breakout session videos are
now online.
Also, the Visual Studio product group has been busy. Not only did they add
customizable kanban swim lanes to their hosted Team Foundation Service, but they released a sweet
Dungeons and Dragons process template.
